The sources used for this article come almost entirely from places like Huffington Post or Media Matters, who are unapologetically pro-DNC\critics of Limbaugh. Franken's book, for example, was rife with inaccuracies but that is not mentioned here either. Claims by Limbaugh's critics are treated as unimpeachable and not examined for accuracy. 2601:C2:680:31B0:12B:7077:890E:5507 (talk) 01:56, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I have now made this edit twice and it has been reverted twice to euphemistic phrases that the Associated Press Stylebook recommends against using. Not sure why the editors of this page are tiptoeing around calling objectively racist statements racist. Is there any serious question about whether the statements cited in this section are racist? First, Limbaugh's FG Memorial would seem to meet the "valuable images of a grave" standard under the Rarely exception for WP:FINDAGRAVE-EL given there are currently 3 photos of his memorial and only 1 of the man.
Arguably, the existing photos provide color to his burial location based upon the surrounding area. I would also state that it is noteworthy that his tombstone is engraved, "AMERICAN PATRIOT" which should be considered for addition into his Wiki. Tangentially, there are no photos of the reverse side of his memorial that contains a more substantial narrative including, "RADIO'S GREATEST OF ALL TIME" and "MEDAL OF FREEDOM RECIPIENT". However, FG does contain a complete transcription of the reverse side.
Finally, while I wholly recognize FG is considered unreliable because its content is user-contributed, Limbaugh's FG Memorial is managed by FG and not an individual. It also contain the information for the Section/Block/Lot to properly locate and verify his burial location. Baroness Samedi (talk) 18:24, 19 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
In the immediate aftermath of Rush Limbaugh's death, content creator Tommy Marcus posted a screen shot to social media of an $100 donation to Planned Parenthood in memory of Rush Limbaugh. Tommy Marcus, better know by his instagram handle Quentin.Quarantino, was able to successfully crowdsource over $1.2M in charitable donations to Planned Parenthood in Rush Limbaugh's Memory through Instagrams fundraising platform. This posthumous philanthropy in Limbaugh's honor is largely seen as tongue-in-cheek given Limbaugh's highly conservative views on abortion and the satirical nature of Quentin.Quarantino's social media presence.
